i have never touch this blog for about 1 week because of my project.
and now finally its my tutorial week! (yeay!! XD) .
oh well, i'm gonna share to you about some of my project. its called 'tie and dye(shibori)'. you can also do it at home for experiment, or on your own plain t-shirt! :)
so, here is what you need to do the tie and dye.
1. Containers
2. stack of newspaper
3. rubber band, cotton string, clamp (or anything that can secure your fabric)
4. dropper
5. Dylon ( fabric dye )
6. gloves
7. salt
* salt is the most important thing that you should NEVER ever forget it. because without salt, the color wont stay to your fabric.
8. Fabrics
*it's better to have fabrics that contained 100% cotton. its easier to dye.
below are the steps on how you pour the dye flour and make it into dye liquid
Step 1: prepare all your tools

Step 2: for the dylon ,you can try to save the dye liquid by pouring about 1 tablespoon. therefore, you can keep the rest and use it for the other project

Step 3: add about 1 tablespoon of salt on it.

Step 4: put 1 glass of water ( warm is ok. but don't need to put hot water )

Step 5: Stir it evenly

okay..now start to tie you fabric. :)
well, you can fold your fabrics in many ways depends on you creativity. or maybe you can find some tips on youtube. (oh. remember to tied your fabric tight, or else it will mix all the colors together)
to save the time, i'll show you my fabric after i tied it. so here it is.

get ready for your dye.
after you tied all your fabric nicely, get ready to put color on it.
*tips: before you put your color, also remember to dip it in the water, so the dye color will easily go through the fabric.
put whatever color you want in your way with a dropper. mix and match your creativity, because what ever you put, it will go out nicely, even in a accidentally. you will have your own design look.
so here is some of the result!
taa-daa....

well thats for todays lesson ;)
